Outside of my job search, I've been interviewing people involved in community animal welfare to better understand how volunteers, rescues, municipalities, and residents coordinate their work. It's become a fascinating systems design question: where are the gaps, where are the handoffs breaking down, and could better shared infrastructure help communities work together more effectively?
